Change

“Change”

If you knew that you would die today
If you saw the face of God and Love
Would you change?
Would you change?
If you knew that love can break your heart
When you’re down so low you cannot fall
Would you change?
Would you change?

How bad how good does it need to get?
How many losses how much regret?
What chain reaction
What cause and effect
Makes you turn around
Makes you try to explain
Makes you forgive and forget
Makes you change
Makes you change

If you knew that you would be alone
Knowing right being wrong
Would you change?
Would you change?
If you knew that you would find a truth
That brings a pain that can’t be soothed
Would you change?
Would you change?

How bad how good does it need to get?
How many losses how much regret?
What chain reaction
What cause and effect
Makes you turn around
Makes you try to explain
Makes you forgive and forget
Makes you change
Makes you change

Are you so upright you can’t be bent
If it comes to blows
Are you so sure you won’t be crawling
If not for the good why risk falling
Why risk falling

If everything you think you know
Makes your life unbearable
Would you change?
Would you change?
If you’d broken every rule and vow
And hard times come to bring you down
Would you change?
Would you change?

If you knew that you would die today
If you saw the face of God and Love
Would you change?
Would you change?

  1. Change is always happening, whether we like it or not, but the trick is to choose the road less traveled. Have we learned nothing from it all, knowing that change is coming, knowing what comes next but thinking that we get different results doing the same thing. Change is uncomfortable, change is scarey, but whether you like it or not, it still comes. Our imaginations are the key, like a child…always love how kids get into their roles, play with their toys and all of a sudden, there is a dinosaur in your house, and couch a mountain and their imaginations are awesome! Goddard Neville did many talks about how to create the world you want by your imagination, and not a simple task to imagine you already have what you don’t see right now, but there are times when we want something, and it just shows up, now how did that happen? Was it there all along? Or did it show up because the thread of thought captured it and brought it to you. I still get amazed when I put out a thought that I want this book or this thing, and next thing you know, most times the very same day, it just shows up. The universe is always changing and capturing those thoughts, ideas and wants and throwing it back to us. Less we be aware and awake of our thoughts and know what we are asking for….and not be led by fear because change is inevitable, pain is inevitable but suffering is an option. There are no victims, only players. If only compassion for those who do not understand the ever changing creation that comes from them. Yes, they want power, absolute power corrupts absolutely. Why we don’t have our power? We give it away, everytime we ask for something or look to ascended masters or some other guru to help us. Not saying that helping others is bad, just that when we give our power away, either via fears or pain, we allow them to create instead of us. In our attitudes about change and pain, we forever push away the joy. Like this puppy sitting on my lap and messing up my keyboard…time for some loving and no worries change is coming…I have been getting that for a while now.. So did we make the world a better place today? At least in some way. If you don’t like it, make another choice. The universe delights in giving us what we ask for, so be careful what you ask for and be awake and conscious! Magic of life is real and beautiful. ❤

    • You mention imagination… Yes, that’s where it all starts. May humanity embrace again the childlike quality of imagination… and make their own dinosaurs in the living room. lol

    • You talk also of pushing away joy… I’ve still been smdh over LWs’ reluctance to shine their light, TO BE THEMSELVES, as if being oneself is some major chore. It’s gotta hurt to try to maintain the mask, the illusion. Surrender to the Divine already!

“…time for some loving and no worries change is coming…I have been getting that for a while now…”

Yes, no doubt things are moving and now even the chaos is fun to watch – what will they pop out as once they’ve been spit out of the Chaos Washing Machine?

I have found that old quote (lord knows who said it, some argument over that, gawd) to be a good guide:

“If you are depressed, you are living in the Past. If you are anxious, living in the future. If you are at peace you are living in the moment.”

I was so present for so many years, but the weariness sometimes gets me, but if I get back to the present I’m fine. Gee, go figure.

  2. I know…the mantra ‘we are one’ gets alittle old and plays into the LW”s mediocre nothingness as one big pile of crap because individualization is so yesterday! Why we were created like snowflakes, not one of us are the same 100% and that is the way it was made, but to not be the tribe but be in one, to not be the community but to be in one, to not be of this world but in it. The Yahoos attempt at chaos is strikingly funny because they first tell us, then they do it and expect us to forget and go crazy…but yes, whom ever said that is right…The past being the knowable, the future the unknowable, and the present known which I think is ‘the gap’ the space between cause and effect…once that closes, hope we trained well in being in the present and creating responsibly. It is our responsibility to create from the moment and not based on the past or on the future….and no surprise you are able to maintain that and ‘hear hear’ on the weariness. Sometimes the daydream is interrupted. Now I can clank my lids…LOL

    • Yes we are one. We are One as in an Individuated One and One collectively. One OF the whole and ONE whole unto themselves. Indeed. This is a collective effort but one made by many individuals. I always like to remind folks that the words “individual” and “indivisible” come from the same root.

It’s amazing how some will find some way to make either / both sides of that dysfunctional in some way.

On one side they cling to their so-called “uniqueness” and would literally shun something helpful ‘cuz it helped someone else… so it couldn’t possibly help so unique them. Please. “Celebrate diversity” they cry as they refuse to see we have far more in common than we have differences…

… but then you’d think in their drive to be so unique, you’d think they’d just LOVE to show themselves, to shine their light, ya know, not to the choir but to those in the dark. Oooooh, so scary boys ‘n girls.

Yes, the term “gas lighting” has come back – trying to make someone feel crazy, saying one thing one day and denying it the next.
